You're Booked, Now What?
Pre-Visit
Once we receive your appointment request you can expect an acceptance within 24 hours or an email to modify your request if needed. A few days prior you will receive an email with additional details about your upcoming appointment. Confirmation texts will be sent at 48 and 24 hours prior. Please reach out as soon as possible if plans change and you need to cancel or reschedule.
In Salon
In salon you can expect a thorough consultation. We will ask about your hair history, any current hair challenges, and what your hair goals are. Together we will develop your cut, color, and style plan for your first visit and visits moving forward. Relax and unwind while we work to make your hair dreams come true. You will be offered complimentary drinks, snacks, and an amazing scalp massage in our luxurious shampoo room. You will leave looking and feeling absolutely amazing!
Post-Visit
After your salon visit you can expect to hear from us within a week to make sure that you are completely satisfied.
